Kinesiology Conference Room Reservations

The Department has four dedicated conference rooms equipped with technical and non-technical meeting space capabilities in both Recreation Building and Noll Laboratory. These conference rooms can be reserved by faculty, staff, and graduate students for meetings, group sessions, or small events. 

  • Conference rooms are not classrooms.
  • Please do not remove or disconnect any furniture and/or equipment from these rooms. Projectors should be powered off and screens recessed at the end of the meeting. The furniture or room setup should be returned to it's original placement if altered in any way for a specific meeting and/or event.
  • Please keep the rooms clean. Remove markings from glass/whiteboards, and dispose of all trash and recyclables.

29D Recreation Building

This room is suitable for small groups from about six people in a table-top discussion, up to about fifteen people in a small lecture. There is a ten-foot projection screen and a dedicated computer with wireless keyboard, mouse, and projector.

276 Recreation Building

This room is suitable for small groups from about 10 people in a table-top discussion, up to about fifteen people in a small lecture or seminar. There is a ten-foot projection screen and a dedicated computer with wireless keyboard, mouse, and projector. This room has Zoom Conferencing capabilities.

146 Recreation Building

This conference is not technically equipped. 146 Recreation Building is suitable for approximately ten people in a table-top discussion.

127 Noll Laboratory

This room is suitable for medium-sized groups of up to twenty-five people in table-top meetings or up to sixty people in a medium sized seminar or lecture format. This is a high-tech room with the capabilities for Zoom/Polycom/video conferencing, computer presentations, audio conferences, and full A/V presentations.
