Drop-In Advising Hours
How will Academic Advising drop-in hours be different FA20 semester?
There will be no in-person drop-in advising available for Fall 2020 semester. KINES Academic Advisers continue to offer advising appointments on a remote basis through Zoom. Appointments can continue to be scheduled via Starfish. In addition, students can continue to email their assigned advisers using their Penn State email address.
The first week of Fall semester, August 24-28, KINES Academic Advisers will have 20-minute appointments available through Starfish to answer immediate FA20 scheduling questions and concerns only. Students should have their Academic Requirements (audit) open and available for appointments.
Normal (virtual) advising appointments will resume the week of August 31. Students who have questions about minors, career choices, graduation plans, study abroad, etc. should schedule meetings through Starfish beginning the second week of the semester.
