Early Career Faculty 

Our Early Career Faculty Program is designed to support the growth and success of new faculty members in the college. Through a series of yearly workshops, participants gain valuable insights on teaching, research, and career development. The program also offers networking opportunities, allowing faculty to build connections across the college and beyond, fostering collaboration and mentorship. This program empowers early career faculty to navigate their professional journey with confidence and thrive in their academic careers.

Innovative College Teaching Series

The Office for Faculty Affairs and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OFADEI) is excited to offer a faculty development program centered around the book Innovative College Teaching: Tips and Strategies by Perry Binder. This program is designed to assist faculty in enhancing their teaching practices through innovative techniques and reflective discussions. Participants will explore topics such as teaching philosophy, student engagement, technology in the classroom, and inclusive pedagogy. Whether you are a seasoned educator or new to teaching, this program provides valuable insights and practical strategies to elevate your teaching and support student success.
