Improving human health and expanding access to vital services requires collaboration with public health and human service agencies to develop and implement new ways of delivering effective and affordable care.

To that end, Penn State’s Center for Health Care Policy Research takes an interdisciplinary team approach to creating and disseminating new scientific knowledge that helps private and public decision-makers create accessible services and programs that improve people's health.

The mission of Center for Health Care and Policy Research is to create and disseminate new scientific knowledge that will help private and public decision-makers to develop cost effective services and programs that improve people's health.

We help researchers interested in all aspects of health services and health care improvement find funding, develop quality research designs, collect and analyze data, and disseminate findings to the right audiences.
