Research Interests

Amy's research interests are centered on promoting optimal nutrition and health-related behaviors during infancy and early childhood to advance health equity. Her doctoral research explored how parental factors influence snacking and growth trajectories during infancy and assessed the availability of less healthy snacks in retail food stores in low-income communities. She will also build on her previous research experience working on other ongoing research projects, including ONE PATH and INSIGHT.
