· Oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects including developing project plans, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of project initiatives and deliverables to study teams, PIs, and funders
· Maintain relevant compliance documentation required by the university and funders
· Develop and maintain IRB protocols, supporting documents, statements of work, standard operating procedures, and research plans for studies
· Develop and implement processes that align with project goals in consultation with faculty-level investigators
· Communicate regularly with team members, sponsors, and external research partners about action items and emergent issues
· Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a team-based environment
· Advise investigators on appropriate methodologies and resources to implement and maintain projects
· Manage multiple full-time and part-time research staff and conduct performance reviews
· Consult with Center Director and Financial Manager on resource allocation across projects
· Collaborate on grant proposals, manuscripts, reports, presentations, and other deliverables
· Help with the design and execution of qualitative data collection and analysis plans that integrate with mixed methods research designs
· Assist senior researchers in collection, assessing, and analyzing qualitative data using software packages for qualitative data analysis, such as Dedoose
· Assist senior researchers in collecting and analyzing data sets and secondary data sets using various statistical packages and data collection platforms, such as Stata, SAS, Qualtrics, and REDCap
· Read and interpret findings, address gaps, and draw conclusions in analysis
· Design, implement, and coordinate data analysis activities and related process improvements to those activities
