Carla Stephens

Carla Stephens ’18 HPA is the Population Health Client Management Specialist at Bon Secours Mercy Health. She leads daily operations and resource management for client Population Health Service Operations (PHSO) programs by nurturing relationships with external clinical services partners on behalf of Executive leadership. Carla has held roles previously within the revenue cycle management space, along with positions in the insurance sector in the last 6 years. Carla has previously served as the APG Communications Chair for HPA, along with other organizations in her local area that are dedicated to her commitment to population health, by assisting at her local food bank and serving underserved communities. Carla resides in Richmond, VA and enjoys spending time with her family and dog!
