Responsibilities

Executive-Level Administrative Support 

  • Coordinates domestic and international events and travel
  • Schedules internal and external meetings, phone, and video conferences
  • Takes dictation and corresponds on behalf of Dr. Scanlon
  • Performs online research, assembles, and disseminates information
  • Supports the completion of meeting agendas, presentations, annual reports, and grant proposals
  • Maintains contact directories, bio-sketches, and curriculum vitae
  • Analyzes administrative operating practices and establishes procedures
  • Prepares expense reports and reconciliation forms
  • Furnishes instructional support for courses
  • Assists in journal manuscript submissions
