Lisa Voytko

Lisa oversees all aspects of HR Operations at Pet Paradise, a resort-style pet day camp, boarding and veterinary care provider headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, with nearly 60 locations across 10 states and 1,800 employees. Prior to joining Pet Paradise, she spent 10 years in Human Resources leadership in the renewable energy sector, which took her from a small wind and solar startup in Pittsburgh, PA, to an industrial wood pellet production plant in Waycross, GA. Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from Pittsburgh, she now resides in Jacksonville, where she proudly maintains (and displays) her diehard loyalty to all things Nittany Lions.
