My background is enriched with a wealth of healthcare experience, which includes both academic and practical components. I hold a postgraduate diploma in healthcare management and am currently pursuing a master's degree in healthcare administration from Pennsylvania State University, reflecting my commitment to advancing my knowledge in the field. Alongside my academic pursuits, I have been actively engaged in healthcare leadership positions, including my role as an Administrative Intern at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals, where I managed data assessment projects and led the establishment of a Maternal Newborn advisory committee. My healthcare journey extends to my previous positions as an Assistant to the Hospital Manager at Ashivini Clinic, a Respiratory Therapy Intern at Mundhe Hospital and Shiladeep Critical Care and Multispecialty Hospital, and my work in organizing health camps and blood donation drives during my undergraduate studies. Additionally, I have been dedicated to volunteerism as a board member of the Indian Graduate Student Association (IGSA) at Penn State and as a member of the DEI committee. These experiences have shaped my profound commitment to healthcare and my enthusiasm for making a positive impact on healthcare outcomes.
