The Penn State Master of Athletic Training program consistently tops national averages for student retention and graduation, passage rate on the Board of Certification exam, and post-graduate employment as an athletic trainer.

Advanced Learning Resources

Penn State is one of a few institutions featuring an Athletic Training Simulation Learning Laboratory, a facility designed specifically for athletic training education. The state-of-the-art facility offers students opportunities to put their knowledge into practice through the coordinated use of advanced technology, standardized patients, and various task trainers to simulate real-world scenarios that translate to valuable active learning experiences.
