The ISS office is open weekdays from 8AM to 4:30PM. Off hours assistance on an emergency basis only.

ISS will continue operating remotely in Fall ’20. All ISS services are available and are being delivered through touchless practices with face-to-face interactions at a minimum. When necessary, appointments for support are available by contacting ISS.

In the basement of the Biobehavioral Health (BBH) Building, room 16
- Is IT support available for research related activities?
Yes, ISS and the HHD Research Office collaborate to deliver consolidated IT support. Chris Greiner is the IT Concierge in the HHD Research Office.
- Does ISS manage and support all IT services?
Many common IT services such as email and storage are managed by Penn State IT units that are not directly linked with ISS or HHD. The ISS office is familiar with these externally IT supported services and should be the initial option for IT related questions or requests for service.
