Helen Kamens graduated from Penn State in 2002 with a Bachelor's in Biobehavioral Health. She then went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Oregon Health & Science University and graduated in 2007.  Today Helen has come full circle and is back at Penn State University, as an Assistant Professor of Biobehavioral Health.

Career advice -The learning never ends! What kind of work will make you happy for the rest of your life?

Career path - It took a number of years before Helen made it back to Penn State for the job she has today.

How is your job different than you expected? - No two days are ever going to be exactly the same.

What advice would you tell your undergraduate self? - Think about  classes that will be useful for your future job.
