Objective 1.5.: Invest in human resources and professional development to enhance student success
Action Item 1.5.1
Develop an advising and student support learning pathway to be offered to all advisers, appropriate staff and to faculty on coordinated and collaborative approaches to student success.

Expand and increase support for professional development opportunities for the HHD teaching community to build upon their teaching skills, especially as it relates to an online/remote/hybrid learning environment and inclusive teaching models.

- Conduct an inventory of resources/opportunities in the University and college available those who wish to enhance their teaching skills and stay apprised of new technologies, tools, and approaches.
- Create a suggested teaching development plan that identifies key steps faculty can take to continually improve their teaching abilities and disseminate this information across the college.
- Create additional ways to support and incentivize professional development related to teaching, including incorporation of the suggested teaching development plan into annual evaluations
