Brittany is the CEO of Pathways Community Living, an organization that offers both residential and culinary services as well as behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Whether checking compliance with state licensure or building relationships with potential parters, Brittany's main goal is to uphold the health and safety of the residents.

Job Description 

Pathway's Community Living is a non-profit agency providing support for people with intellectual disabilities. Services include behavioral, residential, culinary, and vocational.  A residential service provides 24 hour support assisting individuals with daily living activities, coping therapy, and making sure they are fully integrated with their community. 

Loves and Challenges

Witnessing her clients improve their lives is very rewarding, but with this comes some hurdles when first acclimating someone to the agency.

Brittany credits her Penn State Biobehavioral Health degree alongside her professors for helping her reach this dream. Brittany discusses how a specific experience showed her how education and research go hand-in-hand.
