HHD will offer a co-curricular experience this spring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students looking to develop their leadership skills in a structured and supported environment. Our collegewide program seeks a cohort of 30-40 students, with about 4 or 5 students representing each HHD academic unit.

Activities will comprise of:

  • “Leadership In Action” travel days to meet local, regional, and state leaders working in private and public HHD related sectors ( all day trips + brief reflection papers)
  • 1 student led project
  • Project presentations at the end of the semester

An HHD Leadership badge may be earned by students satisfactorily completing reflective papers and presenting at the end of the semester.
